HOT PEPPER JAM 
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1 green pepper, diced
6 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 bottle red food color
1/8 c. red pepper (dry)
6 oz. Certo

Boil peppers, vinegar, sugar 3 minutes. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes. Add Certo. When peppers no longer stay on top, bottle. When cool put paraffin on top. Let stand one day. Put more paraffin on top.
