CUCUMBER AND DILL SALAD 
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 tsp. sugar
Freshly ground pepper
3 cucumbers, thinly sliced
Fresh dill sprig

Blend sour cream, oil, vinegar, chopped dill, sugar and pepper in small bowl. Refrigerate until cold. Arrange cucumber slices decoratively on large serving plate; garnish with fresh dill sprig. Serve cucumbers and dressing separately (or spoon dressing on cucumbers just before serving). Makes 4 servings.
