TEX-MEX ENCHILADAS 
1 pkg. Texas Brand chili mix
2 lb. ground beef
2 1/3 c. water
8 oz. can tomato sauce
12 (6 inch) flour tortillas
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes

Prepare chili, place 2 tablespoons chili on each tortilla, roll tightly. Place seam side down in 9x13 inch pan. Top with remaining chili, cover. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees uncovered. Top with cheese. Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
