BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE 
4 chicken breasts
4 chicken thighs
2 c. water
2 c. rice, uncooked
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Salt and pepper
butter

Clean chicken and remove skin; in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan mix the following: rice, cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, and water. Lay chicken (uncooked) on top of rice and soup mixture, salt and pepper to taste and dot top of chicken with butter. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until rice and chicken are done. Serves 8.
