APPLE COBBLER 
8 c. peeled, sliced apples (about 3 lbs.)
3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. honey
1 c. Grapenuts cereal

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cover bottom of a non-stick 8 inch square pan with uncooked oatmeal.

Mix together sliced apples, juice, raisins, spices and honey. Cover oatmeal with mixture. Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour. Remove foil and sprinkle cobbler with Grapenuts. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes. Serve warm or cold. (Makes 8 servings.)
