CARAMELED SWEET POTATOES 
5 med. sweet potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
8 marshmallows (lg.)
1 c. half & half cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cook sweet potatoes until tender. Drain, cool, peel and cut in half lengthwise. Arrange in greased shallow baking dish.

Mix salt, sugar and flour together. Sprinkle over potatoes. Dot with butter. Add marshmallows and nuts; pour half & half over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
