LAYERED SALAD 
Fresh spinach or other salad greens (keep on tart side)
1 sm. pkg. frozen green peas, cooked
5 or 6 pieces bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
2 or 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped or grated
1 green onion, chopped or 1 sm. Spanish onion, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Parmesan cheese

Put salad ingredients in glass bowl in layers as listed. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise and spread over top of layered salad like icing. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Do not stir or toss. Refrigerate overnight.
