1 head lettuce
1 lb. fresh spinach
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
6 eggs, hard-boiled
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. chopped green onions
Mayonnaise or salad dressing

In very large clear glass bowl, layer lettuce, spinach, peas, green onions, bacon and eggs. Spread enough mayonnaise to cover top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serves 12.
