1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
1 can (6 oz.) Mandarin oranges (juice & all)

Mix first 3 ingredients well. Add oranges. Beat well. Bake in 4 round cake pans, well greased and floured, at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

ICING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 lg. can angel flaked coconut
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant Jello pudding mix
1 lg. Cool Whip

Mix first 3 ingredients. Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate cake.
