HAM CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked potatoes, sliced
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
2 c. cooked ham, diced
2 c. canned or frozen asparagus
2 c. medium white sauce
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Arrange potatoes in casserole. Cover with eggs and ham. Top with drained asparagus (reserve liquid to use as part of liquid in white sauce.) Season with salt & pepper. Add white sauce and top with crumbs. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
