TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Melt butter, cocoa and water on low heat; set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together. Add melted warm mixture from above and mix together. Batter will be thin. Do not panic. Pour batter into sheet cake pan with a greased bottom. Bake at 375 degrees for 17 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 or 7 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 lb. confectionary sugar
Nuts (opt.)

Melt on low heat. Pour on cake while it's still hot.
