DILLY LEMON SAUCE FOR FISH 
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. dry chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. dill
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. lemon juice

Melt butter in pan. whisk in flour, bouillon, dill and salt. Blend in broth. Cook until thickens. Stir in lemon juice and serve over poached or broiled fish.
