OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. flour
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 3 lb. fryer, cut up
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine first five ingredients in a paper bag. Mix egg and milk in bowl. Dip chicken in egg mixture. Shake in flour mixture. Place in baking pan with butter.

Bake for 45 minutes at 375°F, turning once.
