OVEN FRIED CHICKEN | |
1 tbsp. butter 2/3 c. Bisquick 1 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/8 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 1/2 - 3 lb. fryer, cut up Heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in rectangular pan 13x9 inch. Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place chicken skin side down (or skin it, which we prefer) in pan. Bake uncovered 35 minutes. Turn. Bake until done, about 15 minutes longer. 6 servings. |
