OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
6 chicken thighs
6 chicken drumsticks (legs)
Dijon style mustard
Buttermilk
Bread crumbs

Spread chicken thighs and drumsticks lightly with dijon type mustard. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dip each piece in buttermilk, then coat with fine dry bread crumbs. Put pieces in a baking sheet; cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil; increase heat to 450 degrees and bake 15- 20 minutes longer or until tender and brown.
