GARLIC ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 cans artichokes (in water), drained
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
5 cloves garlic, crushed or 3 tsp. of prepared crushed garlic
Loaf of sourdough baguette, sliced

In your processor, mix mayonnaise, garlic and cheese. Add artichokes; process so that some chunks remain.

Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Serve with sourdough baguettes for dipping.
