PURPLE PLUM JELLY 
5 1/2 c. prepared juice
7 1/2 c. sugar
1 box Sure Jell

Put juice and Sure Jell on high heat. Bring to a hard boil. Add sugar. Bring back to hard boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Remove foam. Put in glasses; seal with paraffin.
