STIR - FRIED VEGETABLES 
1 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1 med. onion, diced
1 c. celery, diced
2 c. broccoli, sliced
2 c. cauliflower, sliced
1 c. carrots, sliced
2 c. cabbage, sliced
1 sm. can mushrooms, diced

Combine broth, cornstarch, soy sauce and sugar for sauce. Set aside. Heat in skillet or wok 6 tablespoons oil. Add onion and celery, fry until golden. Add vegetables. Stir fry for 4 minutes. Add sauce. Stir fry for 1 minute or until sauce clears. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles. Note: Can use any combination of vegetables and meat.
