LOW CALORIE VEGETABLE STIR FRY 
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced celery
3 tbsp. butter

Melt butter in a frying pan. Stir in vegetables. Toss to coat with butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Cover and cook 5 more minutes. Serve with soy sauce if desired.
