ENCHILADA CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion 1 can chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies 1 lb. shredded longhorn cheese 16 corn tortillas, cut in quarters Brown beef. Add onions and canned food; simmer 15 minutes. Grease 13 x 9 inch casserole. Place in layers, meat first, tortillas and cheese. Repeat until all is used. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
