BBQ MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
16 saltine crackers, crumbled
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. chopped onion

SAUCE:

3 1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix ground beef, crackers, eggs, and onion together. Roll into balls and brown. Drain. Cover with sauce and heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
