BARBECUE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs

Sauce:

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. onion

Mix ground beef, milk and cracker crumbs. Shape in walnut size balls.

Mix sauce ingredients. Place meatballs in skillet. Pour sauce over them and cover. Cook in oven at 350°F for 45 minutes. Meatballs may also be cooked in an electric skillet on low heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
