MULLED WINE 
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. water
4 doz. clove
6 cinnamon sticks
3 crushed nutmegs
Peel of 3 lemons
Peel of 2 oranges
4 c. hot lemon juice
4 bottles red wine

Mix together all ingredients but lemon juice and wine. Boil for 5 minutes. Strain into container of lemon juice and wine. Keep on a very low burner. Serve hot.
