CHEESE ROLL 
1 lb. longhorn cheddar cheese
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp. garlic
1/2 c. chili powder

Let cream cheese set at room temperature about 30 minutes before starting. Grate cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Stir in cream cheese, pecans and garlic. Mix thoroughly. Separate into 3 same size balls. Sprinkle chili powder on a large strip of wax paper. Shape each ball into rolls and roll each roll on chili powder to cover the outside of roll lightly. Chill and slice to serve on crackers of your choice.
