BAKED CORN & OYSTERS 
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 c. crackers, crushed
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. sm. canned or fresh oysters

Combine ingredients in order given. Pour the mixture into greased 8 inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Do not overbake or oysters become tough. A favorite recipe of my mother-in-law, Mrs. Jerry Pearce.
