CHEESE OVEN OMELET 
10 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. minced onion

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt. Stir in cheese and onion. Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Bake 45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown. "So easy and so good."
