CRANBERRY ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins

Beat eggs until fluffy, add sugar. Stir in oil, vanilla, zucchini, pineapple and cranberries. Sift dry ingredients. Stir into eggs along with nuts and raisins. Turn into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
