CRACKER PIE 
3 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
20 Ritz crackers (crumbled)
1 c. finely chopped pecans

In large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Add 1 cup sugar slowly while still beating. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir together.

Pour into a buttered pie plate and bake in oven at 350 degrees until golden brown. Remove and cool. Top with Cool Whip.
