RITZ PIE 
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. chopped pecans
20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar, vanilla, pecans and crackers. Blend. Pour into a large greased pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Chill. When ready to serve, top with whip cream or ice cream.
