CHILI SANDWICH 
1 Hoagie roll (or similar bread)
1 (15 oz.) can chili
4 slices Swiss cheese
3 tbsp. restaurant style hot sauce
sliced black olives (optional)

Heat oven to 350°F.

Place Hoagie roll in foil and wrap tightly. Place in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until very warm. Remove from oven and open foil and replace in oven for 2 minutes on broil. Lightly toast bread and again remove from oven.

In a saucepan mix together chili and hot sauce and heat. When done smother top of hoagie roll with the chili mix. Top with sliced Swiss cheese. Add toppings if you like. I add sliced black olives. Return to oven and broil for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Note: Frito's may be used as a topping underneath the cheese.

Remove from heat and enjoy!
