JALAPENO CORNBREAD 
3 c. self-rising cornmeal
3 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. onions, chopped fine
1 jar pimento, mashed
2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 sm. jar hot peppers, chopped
2 c. sweet milk
1 lg. can cream corn

Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until done.
