SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash
3/4 stick butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. cracker crumbs

Mash squash; mix in other ingredients; blend well. Pour into buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
