FRENCH COCONUT PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs. Add sugar, cooled, melted butter, buttermilk, coconut, vanilla and flour; mix well. Pour into 1 (9") unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
