COCONUT ORANGE JUMBLES 
3/4 c. shortening
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. coconut
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. orange juice

Cream shortening and sugar together. Beat in eggs. Beat in coconut. Put flour, salt and baking soda together and add orange juice to creamed mixture. Beat until smooth. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased baking sheets. Sprinkle with more coconut if you wish to. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until done.
