EASY MANICOTTI | |
1 box manicotti noodles 1 lb. extra lean ground beef 12 oz. cottage cheese 1 tsp. oregano 2 (15 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce 1 lb. grated mozzarella cheese Combine ground beef, cottage cheese and oregano. Do not brown ground beef. Mix with fork and stuff into uncooked manicotti shells. Place in 9 x 13 inch buttered dish/pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over shells and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Bake covered for 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Remove the cover and sprinkle cheese on top. Return to oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut in squares and serve with garlic bread. |
