SOUTH OF THE BORDER LASAGNE 
12 oz. ground turkey or veal
2 c. canned, crushed tomatoes
1 c. mild picante sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. ricotta cheese
8 lg. lasagne noodles
4 oz. grated cheese (cheddar)
4 oz. grated Jack cheese
1/2 c. green chilies

Brown turkey. Add tomatoes, picante sauce, seasoning mix and green chilies. Bring to a boil. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. In 9 x 13 inch pan, layer: 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 noodles, 1/2 ricotta cheese, cheddar cheese. Repeat, ending with Jack cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
