1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drain & save liquid
2 c. boiling water

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add pineapple without juice. Chill until partially set. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese and pineapple juice with mixer until creamy. After gelatin has partially set, mix it with cream cheese mixture. Then fold in Cool Whip. Chill until firm. Delicious!
