POACHED SALMON 
1 lg. fillet or salmon
1/2 sweet onion, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 tsp. butter, melted
3 to 4 tbsp. white wine

Arrange fillet in a covered microwave dish. Add onion and lemon, butter and wine. Cover and cook at high speed 8 or 9 minutes. Excellent with Caeasar Salad.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
