1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. orange peel (cut into thin slivers, white part removed)

Prepare the batter from cake mix according to package directions. Grease muffin tins. Spoon in batter, filling about 2/3 full. Bake according to package directions.
