BEEF STEW DINNER 
1 pkg. chopped stew beef (2 lbs.)
6 to 8 lg. white potatoes
4 to 6 lg. carrots
4 to 6 celery sticks
1 to 2 onions
1 can sweet corn
1 can sweet peas
Salt and pepper to taste

Fill large saucepan just above half full with water and bring to a boil. Add meat chunks. Cook until very tender, then cut potatoes into bite size chunks. Cut carrots, celery and onions into small pieces. Add to meat and potatoes. Let cook 20 to 30 minutes more then add 1 can of corn and peas, drained and 2 cups of water.

You may add seasonings if you wish. Let cook 10 to 15 minutes and serve. Serves 6 to 8 people.
