BETTY'S CHEESE SPREAD 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (not the soft kind)
1 1/2 lb. butter (not the soft kind)
4 oz. crumbled Blue cheese
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (16 oz.) Merkt's Smoky Cheddar - cold pack cheese food
1 (16 oz.) Merkt's Sharp Cheddar - cold pack cheese food

Put in bowl and let stand overnight at room temperature to let soften. Then mix with electric mixer, scraping sides often. Put in small containers and store in refrigerator. (Keeps well if stored in freezer.) Makes about 4 3/4 to 5 pounds of spread. This is good on baked potatoes, too.
