PEAR WHEELS 
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can pears, well drained
1 jar blue cheese spread
Lettuce or parsley
Crackers

Spread pear halves with generous layer of cheese spread. Stick halves together. Chill. Slice crosswise into 1/2 inch thick rings. Garnish with lettuce or parsley. Serve with crackers.
