CHICKEN OR TUNA CRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1/2 bag sliced almonds
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 rib celery, diced
1 can tuna or 2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. (3 oz.) chow mein noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 c. chopped cabbage

Brown almonds, onion, celery in butter. Mix all ingredients together. Reserve 1/2 of noodles to sprinkle on top. Bake in casserole 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
