CHICKEN (OR TUNA) CASSEROLE 
1 c. egg noodles
1 tsp. salt
1 qt. boiling water
1 1/2 or 2 c. chicken or tuna
1 c. mushroom soup
2 tbsp. butter
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
8 stuffed sliced olives
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook noodles in boiling salty water. Butter casserole dish. Place half the noodles on bottom. Place all chicken on noodles. Spread half the soup on chicken. Add the remaining noodles, the soup, the olives and eggs. Place cheese on top. Dot lightly with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover the last 15 minutes so top with brown.
