TUNA OR CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. tuna or 2 c. chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. water
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 lb. cashews
Dash of pepper

Set aside 1/2 cup noodles.

Combine all ingredients with all noodles, except for 1/4 cup. Put in 1 1/2 quart casserole and put rest of noodles on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. You may use water chestnuts instead of cashews for variation.
