CHERRY COLA SALAD | |
3/4 c. water 3/4 c. sugar 1 can Wilderness cherry pie filling 1 (6 oz.) box cherry Jello 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple and juice 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. cold Pepsi or Coke 1/2 c. chopped nuts Combine water and sugar, bring to a boil. Add pie filling; return to boil. Pour boiling mixture over Jello to dissolve. Add pineapple and juice, lemon juice, cola and nuts. Pour into 9 x 13 pan, chill. Serves 8 to 10. |
