APPLE PECAN PIE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can apple pie filling (20 oz.)
3 c. pecan halves, divided
3 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. coconut

Combine cake mix, pie filling, 2 1/2 cups pecans, eggs and sour cream in large bowl. Stir until well blended. Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle top with coconut and remaining pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or at room temperature.
