APPLE DAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. sifted flour (plain)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. raw apples
1 c. angel flake coconut
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Mix all ingredients together and add flavoring last. Put in greased bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. While hot pour following over cake: 1 stick butter, 1 1/4 cups milk and 1 cup brown sugar. Cook this until boils for 2 1/2 minutes then top cake.
