HAM AND CORN CHOWDER 
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 c. melted butter
2 1/2 c. corn cut from the cob, cut fine (or 20 oz. can cream style)
1/2 c. half & half
1 c. chopped lean ham
Salt & pepper to taste
Celery croutons

Saute onions in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients except croutons. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated (do not boil). Garnish with croutons

CELERY CROUTONS:

1 1/2 c. of 1/4" bread cubes
2 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
Celery salt

Saute bread cubes in butter, tossing until brown. Sprinkle with celery salt.
