TORTILLA STACK 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 c. chopped green chili peppers
1 tsp. salt

Brown hamburger and add chopped onion; cook until tender. Add the cans of tomato sauce, chili powder, green chili peppers, and salt. Simmer 10 minutes.

Shred 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese. Layer 12 corn tortillas with meat sauce and cheese. Cover with foil; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
